Ask Chef Michelle
What would be great alternatives to butter lettuce?
Any refreshing salad vegetables that can form a boat shape for food to sit neatly would be ideal. Ie: Iceberg lettuce .
What meat cut would you recommend other than sirloin?
You could go for fillet mignon, beef tenderloin or ribeye.
