KitchenSavvi ("we", "us", "our") operates kitchensavvi.com. By purchasing from us or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Products and orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Subscriptions

Our subscription plans (Casual, Foodie, Aficionado) are billed annually. Billing begins at checkout and deliveries follow your chosen plan interval. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time via your account; fees already charged for a started delivery cycle are non-refundable. First-order discounts apply to new subscribers only.

Recycling program

The recycling program is included with active subscriptions. Worktops are recyclable in standard UK kerbside recycling; where collection applies, it is subject to partner availability in your area.

Delivery

Free UK delivery on all orders; standard delivery is 2 working days from dispatch. We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy. In summary: 30-day returns on unopened products, a 14-day statutory cancellation right, and subscription fees are non-refundable once a cycle has begun.

Access to the full recipe library requires an account. You agree to provide accurate information. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

All content on this website, including images, copy, and design, is owned by KitchenSavvi and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
