Ingredients
200g Burrata cheese, sliced
1 Bread of choice, sliced
1 Garlic clove, whole
Tomato mixture
200g Cherry tomatoes, diced
15g Fresh Basil, chopped
25ml Olive oil
1 Garlic cloves, minced
To garnish (optional)
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive oil
Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degree. In a bowl. combine the tomato mixture ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Brush both sides of your bread slices with olive oil, arrange onto a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning
Remove from oven and rub a whole garlic clove on top before placing slices of burrata. Stir the tomato mixture and spoon it generously on top
Arrange the assembled bruschetta on a serving platter. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then garnish with fresh basil leaves.
